We collect information you give us directly, including:

• Contact form: your name, email address, and message, when you get in touch with us.
• Newsletter sign-up: your email address, if you subscribe to hear about new arrivals and offers.
• Shopping bag: the items you add to your bag are stored locally in your browser and are not sent to us until you begin checkout.
• Orders and checkout: when you place an order, checkout and payment are handled by Shopify, our e-commerce platform. Shopify collects your name, delivery address, and payment details directly, on our behalf, in order to fulfil your order.

We use the information we collect to:

• Respond to enquiries sent through our contact form.
• Process and fulfil orders, including delivery and customer service.
• Send marketing emails, but only if you’ve chosen to subscribe.
• Keep the site secure and understand how it’s used, where you’ve consented to this.

Under UK GDPR, we rely on the following legal bases:

• Contract: to process and deliver your order.
• Consent: for newsletter marketing and for any non-essential cookies (analytics, marketing).
• Legitimate interests: to respond to enquiries and to keep our site secure and functioning correctly.

We use browser storage in three categories. You control which of these are switched on via the cookie banner, or any time afterwards using the “Cookie Preferences” link in the footer.

• Strictly necessary — required for the site to function, such as remembering the contents of your shopping bag. These are always on and don’t require consent.
• Analytics — would help us understand how the site is used so we can improve it. No analytics tools are currently active on this site.
• Marketing — would be used to show relevant advertising and measure its performance. No marketing or ad-tracking tools are currently active on this site.

We share your information with Shopify, who provide our e-commerce platform, checkout, and payment processing. Shopify acts as a data processor on our behalf and has its own privacy policy governing how it handles your data. We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

We keep your information only for as long as necessary for the purposes set out in this policy — for example, order and contact records are kept for as long as needed to fulfil legal, accounting, or customer service requirements, and newsletter email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe.

Under UK GDPR, you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct inaccurate data.
• Ask us to delete your data, in certain circumstances.
• Restrict or object to how we use your data.
• Receive your data in a portable format.
• Withdraw consent at any time, where we rely on consent.
